You’re pretty much on your own. It is a bit difficult to find information about things in Thailand. Many companies here do not have informative websites, if they have websites at all. Take the government buses for example. There is no official website with any information on the prices or schedule of the buses.

Before a trip I would do a google search or look up the directions in the Lonely Planet. Then I would go down to the bus station to find out the price of a ticket, the departure time of the first and last bus, and the frequency of departure. It would have been a lot easier if they would just get a functional website.
